The group history on the website shows when players join or leave a team group, and who made the change. Everyone can see it, so changes to the team are open.
Other staff actions, such as restrictions, silences and score removals, are kept in a private log that only staff can see. If one of those affects your account, you'll hear from us by email or in the game. See Restrictions & appeals.
